My accomplishments include introducing automation with robots, implementing visual inspection systems, optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in filling lines, and implementing a 3D printing lab to reduce manufacturing costs and improve flexibility in breakdowns. With a comprehensive understanding of both technical requirements and business strategies, I've successfully reduced energy costs and attained BCorp and BREEAM certifications excellence in APIVITA’s bioclimatic building.
